1. Order Processing Time

Our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

During peak seasons (festivals, sales), processing time may increase slightly.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We provide the following options within India:

International shipping is not available at the moment.

1. Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided with every order.

Tracking details will be sent to you via email and SMS.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout (based on location).

FREE Standard Shipping is available on orders of ₹999 and above.

1. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

If we start international shipping in the future, customs duties and taxes will be the buyer's responsibility.

1. Address Changes

The address cannot be changed after the order is placed.

If the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately (before shipment).

1. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We use reliable courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Xpressbees, etc.).

If your order is delayed for more than 7 days, please contact us — we will investigate with the courier.

For lost shipments, we will provide a replacement or refund.

1. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

1. Multiple Items in One Order

If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages (from different suppliers/warehouses).
